About Rotate Layers
-------------------

A ``Rotate Layer`` change the position of any Primitive Layer below it in the  |Layers_Panel|. It apply an ``Angle`` from his ``Origin``
to the resulting calculated points to render the shape, it doesn't
modify the values of the underlying layers. ``Rotate Layer`` is part of
Layers Transform category.
