Rotate Layer
About Rotate Layers
A Rotate Layer change the position of any Primitive Layer below it in the Layers Panel. It apply an Angle from his Origin
to the resulting calculated points to render the shape, it doesn’t
modify the values of the underlying layers. Rotate Layer is part of
Layers Transform category.
